Who this agreement is with
These Terms of Service ("terms") are an agreement between you and BlunkWorks, LLC ("BlunkWorks," "we," "us"), doing business as Eshom Cabin Press for ToyTown Island™. By creating an account or playing ToyTown Island™ (the "game"), you agree to these terms.
Who can hold an account
The account holder must be an adult. Children play as players inside an adult's account; they do not need their own email address and do not create their own account.
Accounts and players
One adult account holder signs in with an email address and password, then adds one or more players. Each player has a nickname and a chosen picture, and may optionally have a small avatar image the account holder uploads. Game progress is organized by player, not by device.
How your game data works
The game saves progress on your device (in your browser's local storage) and syncs it automatically to your account whenever your device is online. Online saves for each player keep up to 30 retained versions, so a recent version can be restored if something goes wrong. You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time; see our Privacy Policy for how.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, harass, or attempt to disrupt the game, its players, or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the game client or server in order to cheat, tamper with saves, or bypass game limits.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, device connection, or any part of the game's systems.
- Use the game or support channels to send spam, malicious content, or unlawful material.
We may disable an account that violates these terms. Player saves and version history are retained during a disabled period; disabling revokes active sessions and connected devices.
Support and communications
You may contact support at any time through the account page or by writing to support@play.eshomcabinpress.com. Account emails (verification, password reset, sign-in links) are sent from noreply@eshomcabinpress.com.
The game is provided as is
The game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlunkWorks, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
You may stop using the game at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to the game for violation of these terms, for security reasons, or if the game is discontinued.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the game will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wagoner County, Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
